About Payment Products

An Accountability-First Payment Partner.

Payment Products was built to eliminate the vendor blame game. One partner. One phone number. One point of accountability across every lane of the payment stack.

Our Story

Why This Company Exists.

Fuel retail taught us that the default experience in payments is broken. Processors own a rate table. Network providers own a box. POS vendors own a terminal. And when something goes wrong at a site, each of them points at the others while the merchant absorbs the cost.

Payment Products was founded on the idea that one partner can own the whole stack, and that the merchant and their service partners should never be the ones doing the coordination work. It is a simple idea that is surprisingly uncommon in this industry.

We started in fuel retail because that is where the coordination problem is most painful. We extended the same model to restaurants and general retail because the pattern is the same wherever payment, network, POS, and compliance have to work together.

Principles

How We Work.

The ideas that shape how Payment Products engages with every merchant and every service partner.

Partner First

Our value starts with the service companies, operators, and merchants we work alongside — not with the products we sell.

Coordination Over Commodity

Most payment companies treat each service as a separate line item. We treat the stack as a single coordinated system.

Built in the Industry

Payment Products is based in Vancouver, Washington, with deep roots in fuel retail and convenience store operations.
